Prof. Dr. Hasan Åžahin, a faculty member in the Department of Photonics at Ä°zmir Institute of Technology, delivered the training. Participants were provided with information on “Selecting a Research Topic,” “Conducting a Literature Review,” “Writing the Introduction and Methods Sections,” “Writing the Results, Discussion, and Conclusion Sections,” “Writing the Title and Abstract,” “Quotation and Citation Rules,” “Ethical Principles in Research and Academic Articles,” “Similarity and Plagiarism Checks,” “Selecting a Journal for Publication,” and “Communicating with Journal Editors.”
The training concluded with a question-and-answer session, followed by the presentation of a certificate of appreciation.
