Didem EVCİ KİRAZ başkanlığında, Prof. Dr. Deniz AKTAŞ UYGUN, Prof. Dr. Cafer TURGUT, Prof. Dr. M. Dinçer BİLGİN, Doç. Dr. M. Metin DAM, Doç. Dr. Belgin YILDIRIM, Doç.Dr. Gözde Başak ÖZTÜRK ÖZERAY, Doç.Dr. Üyesi Hatice ÖNER ve Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Sevil ÖZCAN'dan oluşan kadrosuyla 2018-2019 Eğitim Öğretim yılından beri faaliyetlerine devam etmektedir.

Çevre Sağlığı Anabilim Dalı Başkanlığı, 2547 Sayılı Kanunun 19. Maddesine göre 03.07.1992 tarih ve 3837 Sayılı Kanunla kurulan ve 1996–1997 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılında faaliyete başlayan Sağlık Bilimleri Entitüsü’nün bir akademik birimi olarak faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir.
Disiplinlerarası programlara sahip olan Anabilim Dalı bünyesinde; Çevre Sağlığı Yüksek Lisans (Tezli) ve Çevre Sağlığı Doktora programları mevcuttur.
Çevre Sağlığı Anabilim Dalı Başkanlığımız ilk öğrenci kabulüne; 2018-2019 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılı Bahar Yarıyılında, 1 doktora öğrencisi, 9 yüksek lisans öğrencisi olmak üzere toplam 10 öğrenci ile eğitim-öğretim faaliyetlerine başlamış ve faaliyetlerine devam etmektedir.

Öğrencilerin kendi potansiyellerini ortaya koymalarına fırsat verecek bir ortamda bağımsız araştırma yaparak ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde bilime katkı yapacak, yaratıcı, akılcı, üretken, çağdaş ve bilimsel düşünceye sahip, dünyadaki gelişmeleri izleyebilen, bilgi ve becerisini farklı alanlara uygulayabilen, toplumsal sorumluluk bilinci gelişmiş, bilimsel olayları geniş bir bakış açısı ile değerlendirip yorumlayabilecek ve yaptığı çalışmalarla bilime yenilikler getirebilecek bireyler yetiştirmek.

Disiplinlerarası alanında ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde saygın ve tercih edilen, alanında yetkin, bilimsel düşünceye sahip, çağdaş ve iletişime açık, insani değerlere saygılı, etik değerlere sahip, çevre bilinci olan, değişen dünya koşullarında topluma liderlik yapabilen, kurum kültürü olan, mezunları akademik ve araştırma çevrelerince kabul gören ve sorunlara çözüm üretebilen uluslararası standartlara sahip bilim adamı ve uzmanlar yetiştiren bir kurum olmaktır.

Öğrencilerin bilimsel olarak ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde çalışmalar ortaya koyabilmeleri, dünyadaki gelişmeleri takip edebilmeleri ve yorumlayabilmeleri, evrensel boyutta literatüre katkı sağlayabilmeleri, lisansüstü tez kalitelerini arttırıp, bilinen yöntemleri yeni uygulama alanlarına aktarabilmeleri, bilimsel etik değerlere sahip, toplumsal bilinci yüksek, sorgulayan ve çözüm üretebilen bireyler olmaları temel amaçlarımızdandır.

Çevre Sağlığı Anabilim Dalı, bu eğitimin gerektirdiği modern cihaz ve teçhizat donanımına ve yeterli öğretim üyesi kadrosuna sahiptir.

Kampüs veri tabanlarına erişim, wifi kullanımı, ADÜZEM portalı üzerinden uzaktan eğitim, OBİS veri tabanı, kütüphane veri tabanı ve ADÜ-GENÇ portalından yararlanma imkânı sunulmaktadır.

With the doctorate program, it is aimed for the student to have the ability to conduct independent research, to interpret scientific events with a broad and deep perspective, and to determine the necessary steps to reach new syntheses. The thesis, which will be prepared at the end of the doctoral study, must fulfill at least one of the qualities of bringing innovation to science, developing a new scientific method, and applying a known method to a new field.

Students who are registered in another department within the related institute or in graduate programs affiliated with higher education institutions other than the University and have successfully completed at least one semester can be admitted to the graduate programs of the University by means of horizontal transfer. Horizontal transfers The proposal of the chairmanship of the department is determined by the decision of the Institute Administrative Board. For lateral transfer, the student must meet the student admission requirements of the relevant program, have passed all the courses he has attended in the program he has attended, and the average grade point average from these courses must be at least 75 or equivalent points for the doctorate. The adaptation of the student to the program in which he is accepted is decided by the Institute Administrative Board by taking the opinion of the head of the department.

Candidates who complete this program are entitled to receive a Doctorate degree in environmental health.

Candidates who will apply to the doctoral program must have graduated from a 4-year undergraduate education faculties/schools in Turkey or abroad (the equivalence is approved by YÖK) and have completed their graduate education in different departments. Candidates who have completed their master's degree outside the Department of Environmental Health will be admitted to a one-year scientific preparation program. Student admission to the doctoral program is made in accordance with the principles stipulated in the Graduate Education Regulation and Aydın Adnan Menderes University Graduate Education Regulation, prepared by the Interuniversity Board in accordance with the provision of Article 65 of the Law No. 2547.

According to the Aydın Adnan Menderes University Postgraduate Education Regulations, the conditions for subtracting the courses that the student has successfully attended from the postgraduate programs in which they have attended before, and accordingly reducing the time, as well as counting these courses into credits and starting in which semester are determined by the decision of the Graduate School Administrative Board.

Doctorate Program; It consists of at least eight courses, not less than 24 national credits, two seminars, proficiency exam, thesis proposal, specialization course, thesis study and thesis defense. Doctoral courses consist of compulsory and elective courses. Seminar, specialization course and thesis work are non-credit according to the local credit system and are evaluated as successful / unsuccessful.
