Graduate School of Health Sciences

Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü Halk Sağlığı Hemşireliği Yüksek Lisans Programı Örgün Öğretim veren bir programdır.

Bu program 2013-2014 Eğitim öğretim yılında öğrenci alımına başlamıştır.

Misyonumuz, alanında araştırmacı, lider, sağlığı koruyan, geliştiren ve sürdüren uzmanlık derecesine sahip hemşireler yetiştirmektir.

Vizyonumuz halk sağlığı hemşireliği bilim alanında akademik bir birim olarak ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde kabul edilirliği başarmaktır.

Nitelikli, profesyonel, çağdaş ve hümanistik halk sağlığı uzman hemşireleri yetiştirerek ulusal ve uluslararası alanda tanınan ve tercih edilen meslek üyeleri ile topluma kaliteli hemşirelik hizmeti sunmak ve gerek toplum sağlığının gerekse mesleğin gelişimine katkıda bulunmaktır.

Birimde 1 anfi, 9 sınıf, 1 kantin, 1 kafeterya, 1 öğrenci/personel yemekhanesi, 29 çalışma odası, 4 servis odası bulunmaktadır.

Birimimizde 63 Masaüstü, 33 taşınabilir bilgisayar, 9 projeksiyon makinesi, 3 slayt makinesi, 9 tepegöz, 1 barkot okuyucu, 1 baskı makinesi, 3 fotokopi makinesi, 1 faks, 1 fotoğraf makinesi, 1 kamera, 2 televizyon, 27 yazıcı, 2 tarayıcı, 1 DVD, 2 LCD Monitör, 9 sunum kumandası bulunmaktadır.

Doctor (Dr.)

Doctoral programs are caried in the Department of Public Health Nursing under the aegis of the Institute of Health Sciences. Doctoral programs is formal. The curriculum includes theoretical and practical studies. Students at the department carry out thesis research under the supervsion of staff members and arrangements seminar proceeding new research areas. Courses, and thesis defense seminar graduates will graduate from the program.

PhD (Phylosophy of Doctoral) Degree

The proposed program is based on admission conditions to the PhD programs of the Graduate Education and Training Regulations of Adnan Menderes University.Candidates who will apply to the doctoral program must have graduated from a faculty / college that has a 4-year nursing undergraduate education related to the Nursing Faculty or the Health Sciences in Turkey or abroad (approved by YÖK) and have completed master's degree in the department of Nursing in Health Sciences Institute.Candidates who make their Master's degree outside of Public Health Nursing Department will be taken to a one-year scientific preparation program.Applicants applying for undergraduate degree for doctoral programs must have a minimum score of 75 points on the full score of the undergraduate grade average, at least 75 points for the graduate graduates with thesis and minimum score of 60 points for the graduates of the faculties with at least ten semester courses except for the preparatory classes, grade average. Candidates must have at least 55 of the YDS (ÜDS / KPDS) or equivalent to one of the foreign language exams accepted by the Council of Universities as equivalent. For health sciences from ALES, they must have got at least 55 points from numerical or equal weighted scores.

Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree

The program consists of at least 8 courses, 2 seminars, proficiency exam, thesis offer, specialization field course, thesis study and thesis exam providing that at least 24 national credits must be taken. Doctoral courses consists of compulsory and elective lessons. Seminar, course specialization field and thesis study have no credits and are evaluated as successfull/unsuccessfull. To complete the program, for each semester 30 ECTS and totally 240 ECTS must be taken.
