İşletme bölümü özel sektöre ve kamuya çeşitli iş ve pozisyonlarda eleman sağlamak üzere modern işletmecilik eğitimi sunmaktadır.

İşletme Bölümü 1994 yılından itibaren eğitim-öğretime devam etmektedir.

Misyonumuz öğrencilere teoriyle pratiği bir araya getiren bir eğitim ve öğrenim sağlamak, toplum ve iş dünyasıyla işbirliğini teşvik ederek yaşam kalitesini artırmak ve sürdürülebilir kalkınmayı desteklemektir.

Vizyonumuz ülke içinde ve dünyada sürdürülebilir kalkınma için, bilgi ve hakikat izinde olan düşünen ve duyarlı bireyler yetiştiren önde gelen bir işletme okulu olmaktır.

Bölümümüz, öğrencilerinin bilgi ve becerilerini geliştirmek amacıyla, her gün değişen ve hızla küreselleşen dünya koşullarında modern işletmecilik anlayışını ülkemizin de içinde bulunduğu koşulları göz ardı etmeden vermeyi kendisine hedef seçmiştir.

Nazilli İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi, Nazilli'ye 20 dakika mesafeli İsabeyli'deki, üç bloklu 26 bin metre kare kapalı alanı bulunan ana binasında, 15 adet amfiye, 8 sınıfa, internete sürekli bağlı 2 bilgisayar laboratuvarına, 1 kütüphaneye, 1 kantine, 1'er adet öğrenci ve personel yemekhanesine ve 64 adedi akademik personele tahsisli toplam 80 çalışma odasına sahiptir. Ayrıca ana binanın hemen yanındaki 500'er öğrenci kapasiteli kız ve erkek öğrenci yurtları, Kredi Yurtlar Kurumuna bağlı olarak hizmet vermektedir. Fakültedeki bilgisayar ve internet altyapısı, her çalışma odasında var olan masaüstü ve diz üstü bilgisayarlar aracılığıyla, akademik ve idari personele 24 saat hizmet verebilecek şekilde dizayn edilmiş; akademik bilimsel yayınlara kesintisiz erişim sağlanmıştır. Öğrenciler aynı imkana, öğretimin devam ettiği süreler içinde açık olan bilgisayar laburatuvarları yardımıyla kavuşturulmuştur. Fakülte çevresinde bulunan özel kafe ve işletmelerdeki kablosuz internet erişimi, öğrenciler tarafından çok yoğun olarak kullanılmaktadır.

Fakültedeki bilgisayar ve internet altyapısı, her çalışma odasında var olan masaüstü ve diz üstü bilgisayarlar aracılığıyla, akademik ve idari personele 24 saat hizmet verebilecek şekilde dizayn edilmiş; akademik bilimsel yayınlara kesintisiz erişim sağlanmıştır. Öğrenciler aynı imkana, öğretimin devam ettiği süreler içinde açık olan bilgisayar laburatuvarları yardımıyla kavuşturulmuştur. Fakülte çevresinde bulunan özel kafe ve işletmelerdeki kablosuz internet erişimi, öğrenciler tarafından çok yoğun olarak kullanılmaktadır.

Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences is an institution that currently provides four-year undergraduate education under 7 programs within 9 departments. At the same time, 12 graduate programs under the Institute of Social Sciences, are carried out with the coordination of the Faculty's academic staff. The legal infrastructure applied in the Faculty for education and training system, is in essence based on the "Higher Education Law No. 2547" and "Adnan Menderes University Associate Degree and Bachelor's Degree Education and Examination Regulations". The students are admitted to the Faculty through LYS examination results, lateral and vertical transfer and through the acceptance of foreign students. Each student must renew his registration in accordance with regulations at the dates specified in the academic calendar. Each student has a "student adviser". An academic year in the faculty consists of two semesters as fall and spring. Exam schedule in the Faculty is determined and announced annually in the previous year in April. The language of instruction is Turkish in general. In addition, English classes are opened for foreign students coming through Erasmus Student Exchange Program. Courses are conducted theoretically and practically in the Faculty. There are both national and ECTS credit application. Course equivalence, credit transfer, exams, grades and evaluation are made according to "Adnan Menderes University Associate Degree and Bachelor's Degree Education and Examination Regulations". Notes are given on the scale of 100. For the student to pass a course, the notes, which are evaluated over 100 full marks and calculated in the form of a weighted average, must be 60 for undergraduate programs, 70 for graduate programs and 75 for doctoral programs. The conversion of notes in 0/100 grading system to other grading systems is shown in "Adnan Menderes University Associate Degree and Bachelor's Degree Education and Examination Regulations." Each student that completes one of the undergraduate programs of Nazilli Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences is awarded a "bachelor's degree".

There is not any transition or variation among the programmes. Solely inter-universities change is possible by erasmus, mevlana and farabi.

Doctorate

1) Candidates who apply to the doctoral programs with their bachelorate degrees must have a GPA of at least 75 out of 100. The Candidates who have a Master's degree with thesis must have a GPA of 75/100 and graduates of the faculties lasting 10 terms excluding the language preparation class must have a GPA of 60/100. 2) the candidates with master's degrees and the candidates who graduaded from faculties lasting 10 terms excluding the language preparation class must have a score of 55, the candidates who have bachelorate degrees must have at least 70 from the ALES exam score pertaing to the program they apply. 3) A score of 55 from ÜDS/KPDS/YDS or equivalent language exam.

Course Exemption: The student that has enrolled with undergraduate transfer is exempted from the equivalent courses that s/he has taken from her/his former program. Course Substitution: Credit transfer for a course previously taken by the students registered with horizontal or vertical transfer may be accepted if the credits and the content of the course comply with the relevant course given in this faculty.

Minimum National Credit Required for Graduation 24 National Credit is required for graduation. Minimum ECTS Credit Required for Graduation 120 ECTS is required for graduation. Minimum Average Grade Required for Graduation A GPA of 75 out of 100 is required for graduation.
