Requirements:
To start your MSc/PhD education, you must meet the Turkish proficiency level (C level). Turkish Language Teaching Application and Research Center (TOMER) in our university will provide Turkish language education if you do not satisfy the required level.
You are also required to present a document proving your proficiency in the English language. You must achieve a minimum score of 55 on the Foreign Language Examination (YDS) in our country or an equivalent score on one of the accepted English exams (CPE, CAE, TOEFL iBT, PTE Academic).
You may request an offer or a reference letter from the advisor you contacted as a governmental part. The Institute can not officially send an offer letter on behalf of your advisor.
Other documents that will be requested during the application are as follows:
1. A copy of the bachelor's or master's degree diploma certified by the Turkish foreign representative offices or Apostille,
2. A copy of the bachelor/master's degree transcript certified by the Turkish foreign representative offices or Apostille,
3. A document showing the Turkish language proficiency of candidates applying to Turkish programs,
4. The results of one of the ALES, GRE, GMAT, TUS, DUS, EUS or USMLE exams specified in the announcement requirements of the institute,
5. Photocopy of passport
Please remember to bring the following documents required for final registration are listed below.
1) A copy of the undergraduate or graduate diploma translated into Turkish and certified by the Embassies/Consulates of the Republic of Turkey or a notary public,
2) A copy of the undergraduate or graduate transcript translated into Turkish and certified by the Embassies/Consulates of the Republic of Turkey or a notary public,
3) A document showing the Turkish language proficiency of candidates applying to Turkish programs,
4) The results of one of the ALES, GRE, GMAT, TUS, DUS, EUS or USMLE exams specified in the quota announcement requirements of the institute,
6) For candidates who will apply to a PhD program in Turkish, a document showing foreign language proficiency.
7) Higher Education Council of Turkey (YÖK) approved Diploma recognition certificate or equivalency certificate (for programs for which equivalency is requested)
8) An officially certified copy of the passport,
9) Signed livelihood security declaration form
10) Declaration of residence for educational purposes. Students enrolled in graduate programs must apply to the Provincial Immigration Administration with the Foreign Student Residence Information Form, which they will receive from the Student Affairs Department within one month after registration. Students who fail to submit a residence permit by the end of the first semester will have their enrollment cancelled.
11) 1 photograph (taken within the last six months)
12) Document proving that the tuition fee has been paid. For students who come with a state scholarship, an official letter from the relevant government institutions or embassies of the countries stating that the fee will be paid.
